I. INTRODUCTION
1. We are currently at the dawn of a new cultural race, because the Aryan Race is chronologically extinct at this moment, ending its formal validity in the year 2025, as we have explained through the ancient traditional calendars.
2. With this, a new stage of evolution opens up for humanity. And this stage can be both glorious and dramatic due to the nature of the initiation that awaits it, which is a true illumination due to the full awakening of the heart chakra.
3. Enlightenment is Nirvana, the transcendence of the material worlds, and the current historical moment also corresponds to that in which the planet begins to enter Pralaya, which is the name of Nirvana for the cosmic spheres.
4. However, it is known that true enlightenment demands careful preparation because its energies are very powerful. This is generally recognized information, but two things happen then.
5. On the one hand, the paths that prepare and enable this great enlightenment, through which the Kundalini energy is definitively elevated and personal energy is completely transformed, are unknown today.
6. And on the other hand - and even because of the above - there is a whole diffuse mysticism that worships provisional insights and superficial contemplative ecstatic experiences, as if they were enlightenment itself.
7. Therefore, this double problem needs to be cured beforehand, through the restoration of the paths that enable true enlightenment, and which naturally corresponds to the previous Initiation of a solar or mental nature, which was a characteristic of the Aryan spiritual elite, so that it is a subject reasonably recorded in History.
8. Until now, the Hierarchy's amanuenses had not dealt with this subject of Enlightenment because it represents something too transcendental and because information about the racial transition was not yet on the agenda. 9. However, much has been given about the Solar Initiation itself, with this name or not, as well as by other messengers, since the Masters have been very concerned with the restoration of this knowledge for various reasons, including because we are on the threshold of a Greater planetary transition.
10. In fact, the current moment is exactly symmetrical to that described in the Stanzas of Dzyan, when the Hierarchy was waiting to find people ready to receive the Solar Initiation, having searched all races for this purpose until in Lemuria it finally became possible.
11. At that time there were also many reasons for this practice to be encouraged, social reasons and spiritual reasons that ultimately also have collective effects.
12. The social reasons mean that the Solar Initiation represents a great forging of superior leaders for humanity in the service of God - they are the spiritual giants spoken of in the Book of Genesis, at a time when they were already in decline -, very necessary to carry out the planetary mission of the epoch of transition of the planetary round and the creation of Civilization, which also represented an enormous novelty at that time.
13. And the spiritual reasons refer precisely to the preparation for the Enlightenment that would represent the initiation of the Atlantean Hierarchy, capable of laying the foundations for the religiosity of the present round or Manvantara.
14. Thus, through the Initiation we will have a moral recovery and the leveraging of new planetary leaderships, and through group enlightenment the entire planet will be irrigated by new refined energies affecting its collective unconscious. In general, a new and very elevated breeding ground will be created that will also affect the common sense of humanity.
15. Today, there are even greater reasons for all this to be sought, as mentioned at the beginning, namely: an entire race to be prepared for enlightenment, in the face of a planetary Pralaya scenario...
16. The increase in this precise and professional technical contribution is presented at a sensitive historical moment in which efforts for initiation and enlightenment must be taken very seriously by all, considering that the planet is no longer serving as a home for humanity, preventing the viability of future incarnations.
17. Although for many this situation may sound karmic and incidental, it is nevertheless part of a certain cosmic plan in which the planet - or to put it more precisely, current humanity - must truly prepare for its liberation from matter.
18. Practically all theosophists have heard it said at some point that we are under the rule of several quaternary cycles. It so happens that in initiations the Fourth stage is that of the spiritual cross, of true enlightenment and of liberation from reincarnations.
19. Through our unveiled Cosmology, we demonstrate new details of the planetary picture, indicating that in fact even some of these Quaternaries are beginning to be surpassed, bringing even greater urgency to the efforts, otherwise people will no longer have time to invest their achievements in a final, directed effort towards liberation.
20. However, for this to happen, it is necessary to restore the true Schools of Initiation, beyond the golden facades and grandiloquent speeches, in addition to restoring the Ancient or Traditional Mysteries, as the Hierarchy's Plan for preparing humanity for the New Era, as disclosed by Alice A. Bailey (in “The Rays and the Initiations”), duly requested and announced. In this way, we will begin efforts to reopen the Schools of true Initiation.
21. In this work, we will seek to disseminate the principles of Solar Initiation as preparation for subsequent Enlightenment, which also represents a first impulse towards the reopening of the Schools of true Initiation.

II. PRELIMINARY COMMENTS ON INITIATION
1. The true Initiatic Science - which we can call Surya Vidya or Solar Science - must be restored today and presented to humanity in the form in which it was known in Antiquity and which was established in the conquests of the Races and Hierarchies, and of the Aryan Race in particular.
2. The Path to Shambhala leads to the divine Presence through Solar Initiation. He who is successful in his efforts will have the honor of having a private meeting with the Lord of the World.
3. Some aspects of this Science have been given through certain doctrines known to the public since the publication of Blavatsky's Secret Doctrine and especially during the 20th Century, reaching their peak in Alice A. Bailey and later in our own publications.
4. This Science therefore aims to confer true Initiation to humanity, which also represents a portal and a preparation for true enlightenment. Humanity has lost access to the great enlightenment because it has forgotten the path of true Initiation with its occultly dynamic and ardent nature.
5. The true Initiation for humanity today is of the third degree because it has completed its third spiritual race, which was the Arya. This evolution is also known as Solar Initiation.
6. Public and notorious records of these esoteric solar practices can be found in many cultures with ancient roots, such as Egypt, India, and Tibet, among others.

7. Theosophy also gave principles and rudiments on the subject, but from a mystical and subjective perspective. The ancient information about the Solar Angels transmitted by the Hierarchy through the filter of amanuenses must now be completed and transposed to a plane of full reality and manifestation.
8. The information previously transmitted was intended for beginners and even for disciples on probation, and was better suited to subjective work of the Soul and not a true occult and solar Initiatory Science of the Spirit.
9. Now comes the announced moment when true Initiation will be requested and offered again, not as a luxury or even an option, but as a historical demand and a necessity to face the challenges of the times.
10. It is therefore necessary to begin to awaken definitively from the mystical slumber of the past Era, so that disciples can become truly useful to the Masters in this New Era of unity through true practical occultism.
11. “Traps of consciousness” is how a certain philosophy has classified evasive contemplative mystics. Ignoring the importance of spiritual power is to remain in samsara because the enemies of the light have power. Spirituality is not an escape from the world.
12. Mystics and “esotericists” are those who live in the world of the gods of the Buddhist Wheel of Life in the five worlds visited by the Bodhisattvas. They too need to be awakened.
13. Mystics today need to come down from the clouds of literal readings of their beliefs that place them in an illusory timeless plane, not to return to materialism but rather to a realism that allows them to face the challenges of their time and also advance in their spirituality.
14. Objective awareness of the problems of the world can be important to assume a spirituality that is active and creative, engaged and responsible. This is important because the problems are truly great and they are everywhere.
15. When we awaken to the urgency of evolution, two paths present themselves: that of absolutely arduous, superhuman and transcendental effort, or seeking guidance from those who have already made such sacrifices.
16. The ego is the great castrator of spirituality, and the main reason is the lack of adequate training in spirituality itself, granting full-time and unconditional self-surrender to practices for a certain period.
17. Spirituality chooses someone for great things based on the demonstration of small, anonymous, everyday gestures of respect and consideration for others.

III. FIRST GUIDELINES
1. The previous centuries have brought together a series of energies that substantially reduced the potential of spiritual practices, creating a rather passive and contemplative framework.
2. The best-known “energy” among these is the Age of Pisces with its negative (passive) and aquatic (psychic) nature. The spirituality of that time still tried to adjust things by encouraging compassion, service and charity. All of this ended up being absorbed by the advance of materialism at the end of the Age.
3. Nevertheless, great changes are now announced and required in the world. The New Age will be positive and its energies must be properly organized and directed. To this end, human beings need to re-empower themselves spiritually to face the growth of material powers.
4. Only in this way will they be able to ensure a series of vital needs, starting with their own health and inner integrity, up to their ability to respond satisfactorily to the demands of the times with optimism and hope.
5. The Hierarchy needs skilled vehicles to take care of the affairs of the world and guide humanity towards better days. This represents the precept of Synarchy where the spiritual and the material go hand in hand under the right guidance of the former.
6. For disciples to be truly useful, they must advance in their spiritual practices, incorporating the solar techniques that go back to the true Primordial Tradition.
7. To this end, much mystical and esoteric information has been transmitted to the world over the last century and more. To a large extent, this framework was intended to meet a first wave of information and prepare students for future achievements.
8. Knowing that even in the East the Higher Knowledge was no longer in vogue, the Masters decided to begin a process of direct information with Western sensitives, since the West was the final target of the current transitions of time.
9. Even so, the prevailing culture imposed certain initial limitations, and several channels were sought in different parts of the world for this purpose, resulting in a reasonably rich picture in the end.
10. As announced by the Hierarchy's Plan for preparing humanity for the New Age (disclosed by Alice A. Bailey in “The Rays and the Initiations”), the third and final stage to be set in motion after 2025 would be characterized by the energies of true Initiation, which means Solar Initiation, with a focus on the third or mental plane, and which was the target of Bailey's greatest efforts in his discipleship instruction.
11. This requires progress in knowledge and practice of true Solar Occultism - which is almost synonymous with White Magic - both in terms of ethics and technique.
12. Much about ethics was given by Helena Roerich, whose teaching of Agni Yoga was self-defined as “Living Ethics”. In technical terms, much information was provided by Alice A. Bailey. The student is therefore encouraged to revisit these sources for these purposes.
13. However, since the use of these teachings has been insufficient, we are now reinforcing the framework with clearer and more objective information, especially since acting in the old way is no longer an option.
14. “The most advanced steps are the simplest”, said H. Roerich. True initiation is unpretentious. It does not have the novice’s fantasies about phenomena or the disciples’ aspirations for paradise. It is just an open chest and a burning heart. Are people ready for the New Cycle? Are you ready to forge your self-baptism of fire? Are you ready for the New Age?!
15. We must take the information given by the Hierarchies very seriously! This is vital not only for the planet but also for our own lives. If the information of the Solar Initiation was given by Bailey to some special disciples, now it must be taken as the basis for the new evolution - as Bailey herself indicated.
16. The global warming is a reminder of the karma that humanity has been accumulating in suffering for a long time and that one day we will have to face it. Only he who lights the inner fire will be able to neutralize the infernal fire.

IV. PRINCIPLES OF SOLAR INITIATION
1. Illumination - this much ignored threshold without which there is no liberation, true eternity or Adeptship. But without serious preparation it is also not possible to become enlightened.
2. As has been said, Solar Initiation represents the safe and necessary path that leads to true Enlightenment. The loss of this traditional reference has led people to confuse enlightenment with provisional insights and superficial contemplative ecstatic experiences, still without the assistance of the elevation of Kundalini.
3. Solar Initiation prepares the person's aura for the impact of true enlightenment, because it already functions as a prior change of internal voltage to a high vibratory frequency.
4. Most of the training is carried out through creative mental energy. For this, thought should not or does not need to be stopped - in the New Age this would not even be possible according to Roerich - but rather tamed or directed.
5. Basically, we have here a tantric and vajrayana training - theoretically speaking, of course, because in practice certain tantric principles have been lost -, such as the union between technique and wisdom.
6. This is an effective Bodhicitta “jewel in the lotus” training, that is: using light and love, and still united (and strengthened) by mantra. This means exercising the three currents of Kundalini, through the centers of the superior Triad.
7. In Alice A. Bailey, the most concise instruction on the Solar Initiation technique is in the commentary on the bija OM as a “stone in the lake” with an image that in practice corresponds to the solar circumpoint, where the circle is the feminine “M” and the dot is the masculine “O”. This is the same Buddhist “jewel in the lotus” that serves as the basis for bodhicitta training.
8. Collective meditation is encouraged to generate energy, but individual practice is important as reinforcement and to refine the technique.
9. The final effects are lightness, joy, concentration, enthusiasm, positivity, security, creativity, discernment, intelligence, insight, enterprise and high and refined vibration.
10. The symbol of this achievement in Hindu spirituality is the swan, Hansa, the vehicle of Brahma that floats on the waters of illusions. Occultly, it corresponds to a form of inner levitation, similar to when Jesus walked on water.
11. In Tibet we have the symbol of Cintamani, the sacred horse that carries the jewel of the enlightened Mind. And in the theosophical esotericism of the Tantric roots of the Stanzas and Dzyan, we can also interpret the Agnishwatta (“Solar Angel”) as a Solar Priest or an Authoritative Instructor, and the Manasaputra (“gifted with a superior Mind”) as an Accepted Disciple practicing the Path.
12. As we saw above, the Great Guides inspired this practice in the planetary transition of the current Manvantara at the end of Lemuria, and this fact says a lot about the creative and transformative potential of the technique. We currently find ourselves in an exactly symmetrical situation in preparing for the transition to a Pralaya.
13. On the Path of Light we are taught that service is the basis of spiritual evolution and opens all doors. This is valid from the novice to the most exalted cosmic Buddha.
14. There are many purposes currently in view for the training of this Initiation, such as the arrival of great cycles based on Mental energy (“Third Solar System”, etc.), but in very practical terms we also have the importance of preparation for one’s own enlightenment (= liberation from reincarnation) in a context in which the planet begins to enter Mahapralaya, and self-empowerment to assist the Hierarchy in the efforts to create a New Civilization.
15. Vajrayana states that the Rapid Path or the Path (Yana) of the Ray (Vajra) requires the instruction of a lama or guru to accelerate the work. The technique in question requires dedication and concentrated training, hence the importance of initial preparation in ashrams, with a refined diet and regular discipline.
16. Those who already have prior and solid training in yoga or meditation will also be able to find a smooth path to the liberating solar practices.
17. “Seek the Truth and the Truth will set you free.” Solar Initiation represents the true technique that serves as the basis for the great Initiation in the New Age, which is full Enlightenment itself. Some preparatory schools in India even call it Raja Yoga (there are other techniques with this name), a term that means “Royal Path” and also True.
