Final Teachings after 2025
I. PRESENTATION
1. OM TAT SAT. Our greetings in the Peace of the Most High. We love everyone without distinction and especially the seekers of Truth. We address them in a special way.
2. Eternal Gratitude to the Three Great Mothers: Upasika-Hansini-Uruswati, Blavatsky-Bailey-Roerich. Infinite Blessings to the Three Holy Kings: Moru-Devapi-Sanat, M-KH-DK. We praise the Promised Satyavatar, who "will make minds translucent like crystal" (Kaki Purana). OM Mani Peme. Hail to the Jewel-in-the-Lotus.
3. Many prophecies have been accumulating today announcing the present Mission, but in this context it is worth noting Helena P. Blavatsky's announcement of the coming of a “better qualified successor around 1975” (cf. “The Secret Doctrine”, Vol. I), and Alice A. Bailey’s categorical predictions about a “Third Stage of Teachings of the Hierarchy with an initiatory focus” (“The Rays and the Initiations”), together with prophecies about the coming of the Masters by the year 2025 aiming at the “restoration of the Ancient Mysteries” etc. (“The Externalization of the Hierarchy”).

4. In accordance with what the new Premises require, We affirm nothing that is not solidly established on the following pillars:
a. A consolidated orientation of the inner Masters;
b. The prior Instruction of the authorized Predecessors;
c. An exhaustive, plural and ecumenical erudition;
d. Long-cultivated practical experience;
e. Mirroring of universal traditions;
f. Exclusive dedication to the wishes of the Masters.
5. All this is happening as predicted in terms of time, form and content. And in this there can no longer be any doubts or mistakes because all the facts are self-evident by the grace of God, both in terms of preparation and in the expected results. See biographical links Here.

II. PREMISES OF THE NEW DISPENSATION
1. Times have changed drastically, and we are gathering especially those who thirst for change and know that the world needs it. We are signaling the paths for the renewal of humanity in the face of the great crises that are coming.
2. We are calling for the return of professionalism in spirituality, for the announced synthesis between initiation and education, and for the inclusion of sacred values in people's daily lives.
3. To this end, we bring the keys, especially the keys given by the wise, and we are thus unlocking the closed doors of ancient knowledge. Greater clarity will be offered about the mysteries. And for this reason, the advancement of practices will be stimulated.
4. In order to redeem humanity from the dark night that threatens it, a concentrated effort is essential in favor of the great traditional Truths that the Masters know, which often pass far beyond popular beliefs of an indulgent and comfortable nature.
5. As announced by the Hierarchy's Plan for preparing humanity for the New Age, brought by Alice A. Bailey, the teachings now disclosed present an expressly initiatory basis, that is, the context of the Third Initiation. We will demonstrate later that the Objectives can be even more advanced, but it is not possible to skip certain fundamental stages.

6. Bailey has also brought much useful information for Solar Initiation, but also regarding discipleship, so that students ended up paying little attention to the more advanced instruction. Now, however, there will be no room for doubts, because humanity absolutely needs this greater preparation.
7. The present Teachings are considered definitive because, following the Plan of the Hierarchy, they bring about a full recovery of the superior paths of humanity in all its major areas of interest, thus virtually configuring the announced scenario of the restored Tradition.
8. In spiritual terms, a clear instruction on the nature of the Third Initiation is sufficient, since more than this is not possible and would not be necessary. It already represents a sufficiently great challenge to face the steep paths of the Solar Initiation that leads to moksha, liberation.
9. Naturally, information on more advanced degrees is also given, but technically, overcoming the threshold of the third initiation is what determines access to the superior worlds.
10. Basically, it must be clear that Initiation is not about rites or formalities, but rather a superior disposition to serve and practice the most advanced yogas, with a spirit of renunciation and inclusion - the paradox is also something to be faced at this level.
11. We have had to develop so much knowledge because previous information has almost always been partial, obscure and distorted, in almost all areas of esotericism and of universal culture itself, subject to the influences of spirituality.
12. There are many false doctrines disseminated only to provoke alienation and complacency among people. The Masters cannot condemn anyone, but they can save with the consent of each person. Every person is born condemned for being on a planet of expiation, where the evils of physical incarnation may not even be the greatest that await them. It is therefore worth reflecting on this.
13. Humanity will be doomed to failure as long as it persists in materialism or false spirituality. These are the two great mayas that destroy the world and human life from within and without. What this “false spirituality” would be is a very vast and subjective field, and we prefer that each person deal with it according to their own conscience. However, there is much deception, atavism and hypocrisy in the spiritual field.

14. People are not prepared to face a perfectly scientific Theosophy, and yet this is Occult Theosophy, a Traditional Art that works less with beliefs and more with operations. So we are not offering any negative agenda but rather positive paths for the individual and for societies, in the synthesis of the inner empowerment of the person liberated through true Initiation.
15. Apparently, it is the practical ignorance of energies that gives so much room for theory and speculation. So we really deepen the entire hermeneutics of the Mysteries, taking them out of the common sense of superstition.
16. “(...) the first great ingredient of Practical Occultism is that it be comprehensible, accessible, and manageable. The fact that our Theosophy is scientific in the natural sense is only a consequence of it also being scientific in the occult sense.” (“Secret Keys to the Books of Dzyan”)
17. Let us clarify that true occultism does not work with dogmas or assumptions, but rather with achievements acquired solely through merits and current efforts, beyond the merely symbolic as well, demanding commitments and reform of life. Our approach is expressly constructivist and occult.
18. The manifestation of the Hierarchy on Earth or its appearance among men has been announced. The living and direct message of the Masters needs to be made known again. Today the world demands the pure light of the Hierarchy without filters or reductions.
19. The Manifestation of the Hierarchy is not just an isolated prophecy by Alice A. Bailey! All of her instructions were also given methodically, including esoteric techniques of initiation and mathematical keys to cosmology, thus reopening the paths to Enlightenment.
20. It is necessary to restore respect and devotion to true Initiates, not to unknown or self-assuming figures, but rather to those who were early renouncers and later victorious in the great divine Causes, because this means reporting to God Himself who has manifested His Will through these rare ones.
21. There is only one way to approach the Masters: by practicing the Teachings. The inner Keys are not given to those who ask, but rather to those who truly need them, that is, to those who make the effort.
22. Many students today are prepared to take their final steps on the Path, including to occupy positions in the Hierarchy, and this can be leveraged through the beginning of the Manifestation of the Hierarchy itself.

III. THE REVELATION OF THE MYSTERIES
1. Our challenge is not small, in showing the true Isis without veils for the first time! We have been called to publicly address themes that traditionally rigorously select spirits in the Mystery Schools.
2. We trust, however, that the Mission will be successful, taking into account the planetary crises that are coming, with the potential to forge new consensuses. People have fallen asleep and forgotten their essences in an illusory world that is completely outward-looking. And now the fire of the ages (Kalagni) will distill their lost essences once again.
3. Humanity would never accept the naked Truth about the true paths of Initiation without being under great pressure. It is only for this reason that the Masters are associated with great times of crisis.
4. However, the Hierarchy knows things in depth and knows that under the right conditions, human potential is always great. The Aryan race has solar initiation in its DNA and must reactivate it to face the challenges to come.
5. Occult texts often carry warnings about veils within them, because their purpose is to serve merely as references or suggestions for the student's intuition, and not to be taken as some revealed truth that serves as untouchable dogma.

6. The only commitment the Messengers of the Hierarchy have is a. to the Hierarchy itself and b. to the general public. The work of previous Messengers is merely a reference. The Teaching is revealed in a complex and largely direct way, based on one's own initiation and general studies.
7. It will often be up to those sympathetic to other Teachings to find new correspondences or connections, whenever possible. A Messenger does not need to dwell too much on an older Teaching, because he trusts that his predecessor has already done so, and what is required is advancement. The New always encompasses the previous - it corrects, adapts and completes it.
8. The Masters do not seek to challenge Science, but to complete it. They wish to illuminate Science and also to be illuminated by it. However, it is human nature to adopt beliefs and myths, often beyond the voice of reason.
9. Exotericism is the language of mysticism and esotericism is the language of the occult. However, theory can be different from practice and keys need to be activated. The mystic treats information as unquestionable dogma, but the occultist sees it as simple references.
10. Despite the warnings about symbols and veils, people want to believe literally in the Language of the Mysteries - especially because the spokespeople themselves are not always very clear about what it is about.
11. One of the smallest proofs of true Initiation is to accept the truth behind the veils, and this in itself is a barrier to many. This is a veil of material consciousness, and above all a proof against mysticism and so-called “spiritual materialism” – difficult for most to overcome.
12. Rare are those who dedicate themselves to truly investigating what exists behind the veils - such a thing demands time, dedication and professionalism. These are the ones who understand the Hermetic Key of VITRIOL, that all knowledge needs to be rectified in order to become truly useful and operational...

13. Beliefs in mystical assumptions (reincarnation, soul, etc.) are directly linked to spiritual amateurism. When the paths of true Initiation are known, beliefs cease to be important to give way to Initiatic Sciences.
14. True Masters are not personally linked to any idea of a sect or institution, but rather to the idea of a Civilization. Pay attention to the path that Bailey opened, saying that what is important is not institutions and movements.
15. Therefore, we are not interested in creating sects and churches, but rather a new Holistic Civilization. The world does not need new dogmas or mysterious messengers. We need educators who can help people see what is necessary with their own eyes.
16. We are therefore inaugurating the paths of the Great Magisterium, a word that naturally includes magic and means the transformation of life and the opening to its mysteries.
17. Research - Question - Understand. This is the triad of true knowledge. He who does not follow this path does not walk the true path of Knowledge. There is, after all, a big difference between believing and knowing. There is no Science outside of contradiction, or Philosophy without dialectics.
18. The mission of this generation is to bring that veiled esoteric information to earth, that is, to practice, translating it or revealing it to make it universal and effective for everyone - ratifying what is possible and rectifying what is necessary - because these are signs of the expected Golden Age.
19. The physical sciences are better qualified to deal with material issues. Philosophy should guide research and provide its philosophical contribution and not create hybrid theories. It is important to work with interfaces and analogies, respecting the place of each discipline.
20. There is much talk today about reopening the Initiation Schools, even in Bailey. And in fact this should happen, even in the sense of schools being opened, since this is the arrival of a New Era. In other words: properly socialized institutions.
21. However, this does not mean that this movement should begin with some social revolution, but rather with spiritual centers that spread or are open to the collective consciousness. For this is how the Good Tradition has acted in all times.

IV. OBSERVATIONS ON THE DZYAN STANZAS
1. The Stanzas of Dzyan are a precious Kalachakra Tantra from the eclectic Tibetan Tanjur canon, preserving many of its original Hindu roots. Although unknown, there are key expressions in common with the Buddhist versions.
2. The Dzyan Stanzas are not only cosmology, but also a treatise on High Magic. The Hierarchies are replaced by numbers and symbols, and are sometimes cited. The procedures will be more accessible to those who are familiar with them.
3. The “races” in the Macro sense can be seen as species of the great family Hominida (50%) and Homo (50%), and in the Micro sense as ethnicities and historical civilizations of the current planetary chain.
4. The first “races” of the Dzyan Stanzas are not metaphysical abstractions as has been suggested, but rather the Vedic stages of life: 1. Recluse yogis, 2. Devotees/married, 3. Initiates/instructors (Hansa in the text, the name of the third initiation). Naturally, under the syncretism of the Tantric culture from which the text originated.
5. The Amanasas in the Stanzas of Dzyan are not creatures without intellect, as has already been said, but rather people who are incapable of using their minds with discernment, intuition and, above all, for the purposes of occult meditation that the Masters seek to teach through the use of Fohat.
6. Fohat is not a process of creating matter, but rather of occult concentration of energy with a view to solar initiation and then triggering true spiritual enlightenment with the rise of Kundalini.

7. The Agnishwatta-Manasaputra relationship implemented in the third race represents in practice an initiatory equation of Master-Disciple aimed at the transmission of the Solar Initiation.
8. The so-called “pre-human races” are only humanities of the inner round (a Pralaya), but many Lemurians made special efforts to integrate themselves into the current round under the coordination of the Creative Hierarchies during the work of that planetary transition.
9. Following a universal pattern, the Stanzas of Dzyan indicate only five races; the remaining races of the Secret Doctrine we can accept existed on nirvanic planes.
10. The true collective cycles are at most quaternary, because the fourth initiation already frees humanity from reincarnation and spiritual death. Therefore, everything that goes beyond that already represents an exit to nirvana and the work of Hierarchies.
11. The races of this Kalpa are therefore already practically completed, and with them also major important cycles. From then on, a great cosmic transition is being marked, which includes the arrival of a new Pralaya.
12. Pralaya does not necessarily represent a physical disappearance from the Universe, but can also be a process of collective nirvana and even a more natural life without Civilization and with ostensive spirituality. In the same way, personal Nirvana does not mean withdrawal from the objective world, but rather from its influence.

V. THE MAIN TOOLS
1. We have tools to make Theosophy respected again by religions and races, by removing the veils that great authors have always declared to exist in these teachings. It is therefore necessary to rescue the true ideas of the Masters now that the time for revelation has come.
2. The Esoteric Tradition has much to offer for universal knowledge, but we must admit that much is hidden there and these veils must now be lifted for the Common Good.
3. Because the path of initiation is not as simple as that of religion or discipleship, where it is enough to believe in things and follow someone blindly. The candidate for initiation is always asked to take the initiative, question and take the lead.
4. It turns out that the important Keys are rarely given clearly, and there are always problems and contradictions in the old legends transmitted in a disjointed manner and without a complete system of information, such as a mandala or a coherent timetable.
5. Esotericism is not a religion that deserves blind faith. On this path, those who question, calculate and rectify are always welcome, but those who believe in things literally are considered gullible and naive.
6. Those who think they are following an esoteric path without relying on maps and experienced guides will inevitably discover one day that they were not on a true esoteric path, but rather an exoteric one of veils and allegories.
7. However, the time for clarity and revelation has come, because the prophecies are being fulfilled. Prepare yourself to receive great enlightenment about the paths of humanity, its evolution and its most noble and effective resources.

8. The New Teachings seek to achieve what in the Theosophical Society was more of a simple intention due to its limited formulations and practices. Thus, this New Dispensation brings:
a. Universal Brotherhood based on the appreciation of all races and cultures as a vital and intangible heritage of humanity.
b. The solid and visible harmonization between Science, Religion and Philosophy, not as improper fusions or fanciful unifications, but rather in the incessant search for viable interfaces and natural analogies.
c. The exploration of the latent spiritual powers of humanity through experience and experimentation, based on traditional techniques that have been rescued and developed.
9. Everything presented here should be carefully reflected upon and meditated upon, because it represents a vital condition for the new times of humanity. Each human existence is important and capable of making a difference.
10. Humanity is called to be the protagonist of its own destiny, and yet the guidance of the Masters is necessary, and at this moment more than ever.
11. The ascension of this humanity must now begin to take place because the time has come and it is ready - there is no reason to try to extend its time on Earth any longer, and this will probably no longer be possible, now that its time of material evolution is coming to an end.
12. Even so, interaction and care for others are encouraged and the advancement of Civilization is fostered towards more sustainable, fraternal and spiritual societies.
13. For all this, two fundamental tools are presented in terms of fundamental resources:
a. A clear and pragmatic universal Cosmology, and
b. A traditional and efficient spiritual Path.

VI. ORIGIN OF THE NEW TRANSMISSION
1. We know that the origin of this new “Official Transmission” of the Hierarchy, “displaced” from the English-speaking axis, may seem strange to many. The precursor Blavatsky was Russian but frequented the Anglophile universe, the same can be said of another important messenger, Helena Roerich.
2. In the 20th Century, important authors emerged in different countries, capable of contributing to the advancement of the Plan of the Hierarchy. However, perhaps the current situation is just an adjustment in relation to facts that were being hidden by vague or imprecise formulations in terms of dates and regions.
3. Even so, Blavatsky announced that Maitreya will emerge in the Seventh Aryan Sub-race (which is South America), and the Age of Aquarius will initially radiate from this same region through the terrestrial projection of the zodiacal pole, as in the image below.
4. Several movements have focused on the area as a prophetic zone, which traditionally also competes as a center of civilizing innovation - see Caral in Peru. HPB associated this Continent with the Patala underworld of the Tibetans (whence Potala); the Orientals call it Pushkara (“Blue Lotus”); and for us it is also Kumbha Dwipa, the Continent of the Water-Bearer.
5. Eventually this may prove to be a zone further removed from the turbulences of the world, which may be important for the full development of the Plans of the Hierarchy, as a place especially predestined for the great planetary transitions - as it probably was in the past of the World.
6. Such a condition would be implicit in the very concept of septenary that manifests itself in it both in calendrical terms (Saturn/7th Ray) and geographical terms (7th Sub-Race). The septenary context is always one of great transitions, and at present it involves the arrival of a new world round of Pralaya because we are now at the end of a Manvantara.
7. The septenary character of this region, and the extent to which Seven also prepares the new original Unit, represents that this becomes the stage for the Initiation of the World itself, that is to say: for the true greater planetary renewal.
8. However, no one should feel excluded because the septenary regions represent that great Rainbow Nation that brings together all races, like that “people taken from many peoples” (Ez 38:16) spoken of in the prophecies.

NOTE ON LAWS' WORK
Current status of the “Twelve Series”, consisting of 70 Volumes with an average of 650 pages each.
All Series are complete but subject to a final review by the Author. The segment that is at the most advanced stage is the theosophical one, which includes “The Secret Doctrine Revealed”. The intention was to officially deliver this segment at Wesak 2025, but the date resulted in significant flows of over-information, mainly of a cosmological nature (with the appropriate complementary information) that required another review of these works as well. It is estimated that everything will be ready for publication by Antipodean Wesak (six months after Northern Wesak), which represents a pattern that the Author has been observing for decades in the maturation of the prophecies of the present times. Until then, we will be publishing the main part of this information on blogs, especially the new information that is coming, many of which are present and linked here in these publications, and which may also be presented directly to the public. Printed versions of parts of the Major Work are available (in Portuguese), as well as e-books and pdfs, most of which were published around 2010 and are subject to final revision as we have seen.
