The year 2025 was declared by the messenger Alice A. Bailey as an important conciliar year, coinciding in an interesting and unexpected way with the Vatican Conclave to elect the new Pope, as if to reinforce the current secular council of the Hierarchy, especially since there are rumors that this may have been the last Pope or will serve as a transition. The international character of this Papal Conclave is also symbolic, bringing together the greatest ethnic diversity of cardinals due to the efforts of Pope Francis.

We can also mention, of course, the Wesak Festival, which has been greatly valued this year for the same reasons, coinciding in the same way with the dates of the previous conclaves, and which is currently undergoing important transformations, as would be expected from the facts involved in them. All of this will be addressed in this work.

In this way, we could effectively try to associate the three Councils currently underway with the energies of the New Age, the New Race and the New Round. Each of these meetings has a particular nature and can also last for a specific period of time. Papal Conclaves are secret meetings that have lasted only two or three days recently. Wesak, on the other hand, has been presented as an event that only takes place for a few hours around the Full Moon, although there are tendencies to extend this period, as occurred in its early days, as we will see at the end of this Chapter. And the Council of the Hierarchy can also last several days, after all, the aim is to radiate and anchor new energies on the planet.

It would also be interesting to note that, to conclude this presentation, each council has been preparing the next in a very organic way. We begin with something more tangible, such as the Papal Conclave, continue with a mystical Festival appropriately symbolized by the Wesak full moon, and conclude with an esoteric Council related to Hierarchies that are still somewhat mysterious to humanity, and which will be the subject of separate studies.

1. The Papal Conclave

The election of the new Pope Leo XIV seems to demonstrate coherence and opportunity on the part of the Church of Christ, by demonstrating a legitimate pastoral spirit. The Church today knows very well who really needs to be evangelized, and it is not only the poor; they need above all to be protected in their dignity, and there is no better person than a Lion of God to do so - and without concessions or unnecessary contradictions, preserving and perpetuating the best of the legacy of the previous Pope with whom it maintained a strong closeness.

Now, if the election of a South American Pope like Francis was already surprising, even due to the beautiful synchronicity of the dates of 2012, which was so important for the Americas, the election of a new Pope so connected to the region was in a way even more unexpected and dramatically reinforces (let's say) this prophetic and at the same time ancestral link. Everything indicates that the Vatican is paying close attention to its church in the Americas. Historically, Francis' Jesuits have had a direct link of fidelity with South America.

Peru, which represented the focus of the new Pope's pastoral life, is not only a mystical or shamanic place, but also one of the richest cultural centers of the subcontinent and one of the great cradles of Civilization, hiding mysteries even more indecipherable than those of Sumeria, which was certainly contemporary and even parallel in many aspects. Hence the profound symbolism of this connection.

There seems to be no doubt, therefore, that the Vatican is aware of the concept of the New World, in all its possible dimensions, and does not wish to set back, however praiseworthy the attention to the diversity of the world contemplated by the Christian faith might be. In any case, the largest Catholic population on the planet actually resides in South America.

After the surprising election of two popes related to South America, we cannot doubt that History itself is already marking this region as the new spiritual Pole of the planet. Certainly the inner worlds will also take advantage of the opportunity to manifest their highest energies in the region, that is, the very externalization of the Hierarchy.

In fact, it is not difficult to say that the transition of the Church to the New World is already underway - and the same can be said about the spirituality of the East. While Europe tends towards liberalism, the Americas will still be guided by conservatism due to their own spiritual formation.

2. The Cosmic Wesak

Wesak is the name of the month of May in India, associated with the constellation of Taurus and related to the events of the life of the Buddha. However, although Taurus is mentioned, the true source of the energies of Wesak are the Pleiades, attached to Taurus. As is known, the Pleiades - also known as “Atlantis” - were a constellation associated with ancient Atlantis.

Alice A. Bailey made many efforts to associate the Taurus constellation with Shambhala, mentioning a mysterious “eye of the Bull” - although she also used to give special emphasis to the Pleiades in other contexts. Nevertheless - and speaking of the Moon itself -, another hidden secret of the Taurus Full Moon is the fact that this Moon is actually in Scorpio, where we also don't need to look very hard to find notable cosmic references, since Scorpio points to the very heart of the galaxy - and in this case something as mysterious as the central black hole matches the deep mysteries of the associated sign. Could there be anything more powerful and original than the Core of our Galaxy?! Perhaps only the Big Bang itself, something that is still just another theory among others.

Wesak actually dates back to Atlantis, and the true connecting factor was the King of the World himself. Originally, it was a ritual intended for those who were ready for the Third Initiation, which became possible at the end of Lemuria, or in the context of the transition of the current Manvantara when Sanat Kumara arrived on the planet to organize the first Shambhala.

In fact, everything began in person with Sanat Kumara when he was incarnated during that global transition. Collective initiations were organized annually to seal the degree of the most advanced candidates. These were very solemn occasions because the achievement of the third initiation represents a truly special gift since it frees the human being from the main miasmas of the astral and grants great lightness and subtlety, hence the symbol of the swan floating majestically on the waters. This initiation is also known in the prophecies where it is announced as “the baptism of fire”. Before ascending to the subtle planes, the King of the World promised that he would continue to provide assistance to humanity in the same terms as then. And so the Kumara maintained the rites from the etheric planes, which can also be carried out for a long time with great effectiveness because true initiates have good clairvoyance and sensitivity. On this occasion, the aspirant not only received a special charge of energies from the King of the World to stabilize his aura, but also managed to see Him physically - or rather etherically, which is almost the same thing because the physical represents only a densification of the etheric -, which humanity began to receive as a result of the densification of its consciousness; myths preserve this reality through the idea that Adam and Eve received clothes after the original sin, since until then they were naked, signifying their condition or their more subtle etheric perception.

In reality, all this continues to happen. However, as the information about Wesak was so “socialized”, some veils were placed and the event became more exoteric. Buddhas have also always been part of the Wesak work, and when it became just another popular “festival” in the Himalayas, then Buddha assumed a central role so that the event would not fall into emptiness. However, its initiatory character was not entirely lost, and those who were prepared continued to receive their third initiation at that time, while seeking to establish this connection between the Buddha and the Assemblies that performed their rites.

However, the initiation inevitably ended up taking on a symbolic and merely ritual character. And so the framework had to adapt to the new circumstances. As the knowledge of the ancient foundations of Wesak was lost, the Lord of the World began to meet individually with the candidates for solar initiation, and not only in a specific place in the Himalayas or even in some other predetermined public place. Nowadays, the accepted disciple is prepared and taken to a place of power, a certain ashram connected to the Hierarchies of Shambhala or to the White Lodge of the Masters. There he has a vision of the Lord of the World and receives an impact of his energies, thus being informed that he is entering the refined universe of the third initiation that confers on him the condition of Hansa, which is the swan that serves as a vehicle for the gods Brahma and Sa-raswati, thus practically taking possession of the energies of creation.

However, with the arrival of the New Age, the old collective connections will also be resumed, since solar initiation always becomes a more common condition in a positive Age. This resumption of group solar initiation in the New Age has already been announced by the Hierarchy through its messengers. So that from this Wesak onwards these possibilities will already be given through the manifestation of Buddha Maitreya.

Finally, as has been said, Maitreya will now join Gautama's efforts at Wesak, to replace him in this role as divine mediator and free the ancient Buddha for his future missions. In fact, with this, Maitreya will also be resuming the old role of Sanat Kumara, becoming the Fifth Kumara himself to work on the opening of the Fifth Planetary Round. A new place for collective meetings will probably also be established in due course in the West (perhaps in the next few centuries), which is the region of manifestation of the New Shambhala.

For many, the Councils of the Hierarchy are merely an ethereal or hypothetical event, but from the manifestation of the Hierarchy onwards this picture changes, including Wesak itself, which once again becomes a regular initiation rite under the auspices of the Lord of the World. For all those who are truly aware of the times, the 2025 Council of the Hierarchy does not represent just another internal or subjective event, but rather the beginning of a new process of active and manifest relationships with the spiritual Hierarchies.
